Laurent Dareau paintings

Born and raised in Vernon, a few miles from Giverny, Laurent Dareau graduated from the National Superior Decorative Art School of Paris after a formal training at the National Fine Art School of Lyon. His paintings of Monet's garden  show the very sensible approach the artist has with colors. It is not just another painting of water lilies but a real new creation. The artist is  playing with the delicate touches of color on the surface of the water and the intricate reflections of the light through the foliage. His art is an invitation to peace and  harmony. He has painted Florida's water scenes those past years with the same sensible sense of lights and colors.

Laurent Dareau  is also famous for his beautiful nudes and portraits.

He lives in California and Florida where he had many exhibits. His art sold  internationally to public and private collectors.
